Alternative Payment Options
We offer several flexible payment options to support access for families.
These alternatives can often be used for:
Social skills groups
Parent support and coaching
Behavioral and developmental enrichment programs
ABA therapy
Behavior and Executive Coaching
Parent/Caregiver Group Sessions
FSA and HSA Payments
Many families use Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to pay for services.
You may use your FSA or HSA card at checkout. If needed, we can provide a detailed receipt for your records.
We recommend confirming eligibility with your FSA/HSA provider prior to purchase.
Out-of-Network Insurance Reimbursement
While our groups are not billed directly to insurance, some plans may offer partial reimbursement for behavioral health or therapeutic support services.
Upon request, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill), which you may submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Please note:
Reimbursement is not guaranteed
Coverage varies depending on your individual plan
Families are responsible for submitting claims and communicating with their insurance provider
We recommend asking your insurance company about out-of-network behavioral health group services.
Credit and Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your child’s spot in the group.
Employer Wellness Benefits
Some employers offer wellness stipends or reimbursement programs that can be used for child development, behavioral support, or parent coaching services.
We can provide documentation if your employer offers this benefit.
Important Note About Insurance
These programs are educational and therapeutic enrichment services and are not billed directly to insurance.
Payment is due at the time of registration. If you plan to seek reimbursement, you will submit documentation directly to your insurance provider.
