Afternoon Enrichment Program (Monthly Subscription)

Afternoon Enrichment Program (Monthly Subscription)

$420.00 every month

Our Afternoon Enrichment Program provides a calm, engaging space for children to transition out of the school day and into the evening with intention, creativity, and connection. Designed as a small-group experience, this program helps children decompress from the demands of the day while participating in meaningful, structured activities that support emotional regulation, social engagement, and joyful exploration.

After a full day of school, children often need time to reset. This program creates that space through a predictable and supportive rhythm that allows children to move, create, and reconnect at their own pace within a structured environment.

Each afternoon includes thoughtfully designed enrichment blocks that may incorporate movement, creative expression, collaborative activities, and guided routines. Children have opportunities to explore art, music, building, and group-based experiences while developing comfort in peer interaction and transitions. The focus is on creating an environment that feels welcoming, grounding, and engaging.

Our small-group model allows facilitators to support smooth transitions and foster a sense of belonging. Children are encouraged to participate in ways that feel comfortable for them, building confidence and connection over time.

Afternoon Enrichment is offered on a consistent schedule to promote routine and familiarity. Enrollment is limited to maintain a high-quality experience for all participants.

Additional Program Information

What is the purpose of the Afternoon Enrichment Program?

The Afternoon Enrichment Program is designed to provide children with a calm, supportive transition out of the school day. Rather than moving directly from school into evening demands, children participate in a structured group experience that emphasizes movement, creativity, routines, and connection. The goal is to help children decompress, reset, and end their day feeling confident, regulated, and supported.

What does a typical afternoon look like?

Each afternoon follows a consistent flow made up of structured enrichment blocks. Activities may include movement, creative expression, collaborative play, and guided routines that support emotional reset and peer connection. While activities vary day to day, the overall rhythm remains predictable so children know what to expect.

There is no unstructured “waiting time.” Each part of the afternoon is intentionally planned with clear transitions and a defined start and end.

Who is this program a good fit for?

This program is a great fit for children who:

  • Benefit from predictable routines

  • Need time to decompress after school

  • Enjoy movement, creativity, and group activities

  • Do well in small-group environments

  • Benefit from structured, supportive transitions

The program supports a wide range of children and learning styles within a non-clinical, enrichment-based setting.

Is this childcare or therapy?

No. This program is enrichment-based and non-clinical. It does not provide therapy, counseling, or behavioral intervention, and it is not a substitute for childcare. There are no treatment goals, data collection, or clinical documentation.

How is enrollment structured?

Enrollment is offered on a monthly basis to promote consistency and connection within the group. Monthly enrollment allows children to become familiar with the routine, facilitators, and peers, which enhances the overall experience.

Limited daily or weekly options may be available as space allows.

What are the program hours?

The program runs from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Sessions are 2 hours long and have a fixed start and end time. Children must be picked up promptly at the end of the program.

How many children are in each group?

Groups are intentionally small to support quality engagement, smooth transitions, and a positive group experience. Enrollment is capped to maintain a calm and supportive environment.

What about drop-off and pick-up?

Parents drop children off at the scheduled program start time and pick up promptly at the end of the session. This program does not provide extended supervision outside of scheduled hours.

What should my child bring?

Families will receive guidance on what to bring prior to the start of the program. Typically, children only need their personal belongings from the school day (such as a backpack or snacks if needed). No special supplies are required.

How much does the program cost?
